Our Story

Reynolds Electric Heating & Air Conditioning Service, LLC began in 1974 when Danny and Teresa Reynolds started a two-person operation in Sherman, TX. While both were working full-time in the engineering field, they built their business after hours with a shared commitment to quality workmanship, integrity, and customer care. Over the years, Danny became a master electrician and certified HVAC technician, bringing decades of hands-on experience and technical expertise to every job.

In 2010, Danny and Teresa invested in the business full-time, marking a new chapter of growth. What began as a small, family-owned electrical company has grown into a trusted electrical and HVAC service provider. Today, Reynolds Electric proudly offers reliable electrical, heating, and air conditioning services to homes and businesses across Texoma region, including Grayson, Collin, Fannin, and Cooke counties.

Meet The Owners

Danny reynolds

When Danny was young, his father was a fireman on weekdays and an electrician on weekends. Danny loved to play baseball back then, and his father would pull up in his work truck and say, "Danny, you want to play baseball? Jump in!" Danny's father would then take him up in an attic and would tell him to take one end of the wire all the way to home plate - the opposite wall - and announce, "Home run!" It was there that Danny learned the fundamentals of electrical work and developed the tools on the trade.

Over time, Danny became a master electrician, a certified HVAC technician, earned a bachelor's degree in engineering, and today, Danny has a bachelor's degree in engineering and over 50 years of experience in the electrical and HVAC industry. Outside of work, Danny enjoys spending time with his family, friends, and church community, as well as going fishing.

Teresa reynolds

Having been there from the beginning, Teresa enjoys running the business alongside her husband, Danny. With 50 years of experience, Teresa knows the ins-and-outs of the business as well as anyone. Teresa earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Amber University Year 2000. Associations are National Management Assoc. and the Telecommunication Industry Forum. Teresa is passionate about her home, church community, friends, and family. Teresa enjoys interior designing as well as floral designing.

Jerry has been with the Reynolds team for the past three years as the Accounts Payable Administrator. As an organized and trained QuickBooks expert, Jerry helps keep us on top of things.

In her personal life, Jerry enjoys crafting and spending time with her family, including children and grandchildren.

Jackson Rainbow

Sales manager

As an Outside Salesman, Jackson is ready to travel to meet clients, build strong relationships with them, and present Reynolds Electric & Air Conditioning quality products. 

Jackson understands what it takes to meet his client's needs and is adaptable to close deals effectively. Customer experience is, above all, his top priority.
